How much does a concrete patio cost?
It comes down to square footage, finish and how easily we can get equipment into the yard. Rather than quote a range that will not match your project, we walk the site and give you a firm written number at no cost.
Concrete or pavers for a patio?
Poured concrete gives you a continuous surface with fewer weed and settling issues. Pavers are easier to lift and repair in sections. On clay soil that moves seasonally, a reinforced pour usually holds a flatter surface for longer.
Can you match a patio to my existing concrete?
New concrete never color-matches old concrete exactly, because the existing surface has already weathered. Where the two meet we control the joint, texture and color so the transition reads as intentional.
How long before I can use my new patio?
Walk on it after 24 to 48 hours. Wait about a week before furniture, and hold off on heavy planters until the cure completes at roughly 28 days.
Does a concrete patio need sealing?
Broom and trowel finishes are fine unsealed. Stamped and colored patios should be sealed to hold their color and resealed every few years. We will tell you which one yours needs.
